Sales Agent :
As a SmartWeb Nig Ltd Sales/Referral Agent partner, you can leverage the power of the SmartWeb brand and the broad portfolio of products and services, and benefit from our technology leadership and channel commitment.

Partner means an active participant in the SmartWeb Partner Program for Authorized Sales Agents and Authorized Referral Agent. Authorized Agents are qualified to market and sell SmartWeb services and products to the general public.

Partners will pay a non refundable amount of five thousand naira only (#5,000) for membership; the membership fee allows us to create and maintain your co-branded site and allows us to provide you with dedicated agent sales support and access to real-time reports and many other unique Agent program features. But from 1st July 2006 to 31st December 2006 the membership will totally be free.

We have two option of the payment

(a) Instant Commission payment
(b) Annual Commission Payment

Agent can chose any of the above payment type, if an agent chose instant commission payment and a customer pay for a service, Smartweb will confirm for the payment and then pay instantly to agent account according to the sales.
But if the agent chose to use annual commission payment then smartweb will calculate the whole sales and pay the commission on the 25th December, every year.

SALES AGENT PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY:
smartweb requires a one-time 500 Naira non-refundable payment in order to set
you up in our Sales Agent Program.
You must be a current paying customer with us or you must sign up for a smartweb
account to qualify for the Sales Agent Program.
EARNING COMMISSIONS:
After you sign up and are approved for the Sales Agent program, The new
subscriber will have to send us an email stating that you referred him/her, and
providing us with your Sales Agent ID.
After two weeks of paid service, we will begin to credit you with yearly
commission amount of 10% of what the subscriber paid
COMMISSION PAYMENT Commission checks will be sent out on a yearly basis after
your total commissions reach or exceed the 5,000 Naira level.
SALES AGENT PROGRAM CAVEATS:
If any of your referrals cancel their service, you will obviously no longer
receive commissions on the canceled account.
If the referral happens to pay for an extended billing period (semi-annual or
annual payment for smartweb service) and cancels his service before the term is
completed, we may need to adjust your commissions accordingly.
If for any reason you cancel your paying account with us, any unpaid commissions
on that date will be forfeited.
